At the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba, a tragic event unfolds as Private William Santiago, a United States Marine, is found dead after being tied up and beaten in the middle of the night. Accused of his murder are Lance Corporal Harold Dawson and Private First Class Louden Downey, who face a court-martial for their alleged involvement.
